We will not be shipping the week of November 23. Orders from all areas except California placed between November 17 after noon and November 29 will be scheduled to ship the week of November 30. California orders placed after 9:00 am on the 18th will be scheduled to ship the week of  November 30.

  • Winter shipping:  Once your area begins freezing or your area is in a delivery route that is freezing, we will not guarantee your shipment. You may wait and place an order in January for spring or you may waive your warranty and have plants shipped right away.  If you choose to do this, you will need to type "WAIVE WARRANTY" in the comment box (located on the address page of the order form).

    We ship with a guarantee year-round to California, Florida and Hawaii.

  • Spring 2021 orders: We begin taking orders for next spring in January. You may place your spring 2021 order anytime after January 1 and we will schedule it to arrive at the appropriate planting time for your area.
  • Minimum order of 6 plants: Due to the way we ship, we have a minimum order of six plants. It can be any six plants (a mix or all the same).  You may order any number of plants over 6. Your best shipping value comes in ordering a full box. We have boxes that hold 6, 12, 18, 24 or 36.
  • Email: You should receive a receipt in your email once you place your order. If you don't see it, please be sure to check your spam or junk email filter. We never share or sell your information.
  • Our warranty: During this difficult time, our incredible staff is working hard to keep you stocked with  amazing organic herbs, veggies and flowers. And, we are continuing to ship, however, UPS may run into some time issues delivering your package. We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for shipping costs or damaged plants caused by these delays. You will receive a tracking number in your email, we think it is prudent to track your package. Thank you for your support. You have 7 days from the date of arrival of your plants (assuming an on time delivery and that you have not waived your winter time warranty) to email us with any problems caused in shipping. We do require a photo of the shipment. We will either send replacements or a refund, depending on the circumstances of the problem. Refunds under 5.00 are issued as store credit. Refunds over 5.00 are issued as a credit back on your card or as store credit, whichever you prefer. Plants are not returnable. Read more about our warranty and other shipping details here.
