been placed, you will receive an immediate copy in your inbox. Save
this receipt! It will have an order id #. It is necessary to use
this number on all correspondence and when calling. We cannot
look your order up if you do not have an order id#. If you do
not receive an automatic receipt, either your email address has been typed incorrectly,
your spam filter caught it, or
the order did not go through. It is necessary for your email to be correct
so that we may inform you of your ship date and send you your tracking
number when your package leaves. If you have spam
filters on your email, it will be necessary to add
firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have a back order pending and your email
address changes, please let us know, so we may inform you of any problems
or changes that may arise concerning your order. We usually contact all
customers within 48 hours during the work week to let them know when
their order will ship. If you have not heard
from us, it is probably because your email is not working properly. Because of the difficulty in getting

Orders shipped by ground can take up to five working days once in the
UPS system. We are in California so the further away you are the longer
it takes. Please allow two
to three working days to process your order in addition to the delivery time.
It is necessary to use your physical street address; UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box. If the package is to be delivered to an apartment,
