ABOUT YOUR GARDENING SUPPLY ORDER
ORDERING MINIMUMS: There is no minimum on books and gardening supplies.
PROCESSING: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an immediate copy in your inbox. Save this receipt! It will have an order id #. It is necessary to use this number on all correspondence and when calling. We cannot look your order up if you do not have an order id#. If you do not receive an automatic receipt, either your email address has been typed incorrectly, your spam filter caught it, or the order did not go through. It is necessary for your email to be correct so that we may inform you of your ship date and send you your tracking number when your package leaves. If you have spam filters on your email, it will be necessary to add email@example.com. If you have a back order pending and your email address changes, please let us know, so we may inform you of any problems or changes that may arise concerning your order. We usually contact all customers within 48 hours during the work week to let them know when their order will ship. If you have not heard from us, it is probably because your email is not working properly. Because of the difficulty in getting in touch, we do not call customers about their orders. You are welcome to call us Monday through Thursday, 9 to 4 PST at 559 338 2775.
SHIPPING: Orders shipped by ground can take up to five working days once in the UPS system. We are in California so the further away you are the longer it takes. Please allow two to three working days to process your order in addition to the delivery time.
It is necessary to use your physical street address; UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box. If the package is to be delivered to an apartment, UPS may automatically require a signature. Please make sure to take this into consideration when you decide where to have your order delivered. Please make sure to check your address before and after you place your order. We are charged $11.00 if even one digit in your address is incorrect and we reserve the right to charge your card for this fee.
RETURNS: Books are not returnable. All other gardening supplies may be returned only if in original unopened packaging. Shipping is not refunded for these items. Please contact us before returning any item.
GUARANTEE: Should your product have a manufacturer's default, you will need to contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES: Cancellations and changes can be made up to the week before your order is due to be shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 559 338 2775.
SHOPPING CART INFORMATION: There are two separate shopping carts on our site. One is for plants and one is for gardening supplies. You can move in between the two by using the hyperlinks at the top of the shopping cart pages. Both carts require separate account set up information. Each one must be logged into separately to view account information. Log in is optional however.
