Winter shipping: Once your area begins
freezing or your area is in a delivery route that is freezing, we
will not guarantee your shipment. You may wait and place an order in
January for spring or you may waive your warranty
and have plants shipped right away.
If you choose to do this, you will need to type "WAIVE WARRANTY" in the comment box (located on the address page
of the order form).
We ship with
year-round to California, Florida and Hawaii.
Spring 2017 orders: We begin taking orders for next
spring in January. You may place your spring 2017 order anytime
after January 1 and we will schedule it to arrive at the appropriate
planting time for your area.
Minimum order of 6 plants and $19.50: Your order must contain at least 6 plants
(they may be assorted) AND total at least $19.50.
If you order fewer than 6 plants, we will email you and ask you to pick another plant (or two
or three...) Our smallest box accommodates six plants, so we cannot safely ship fewer than that.
You may order any number of plants over 6, though your best shipping value comes in ordering full boxes of 6,
12, 18, 24 or 36 due to our box sizing.
Our warranty: You have 7 days from the date of arrival of your
plants to notify us of any problems caused in shipping. We will either send
replacements or a refund, depending on the circumstances of the problem.
Refunds under 5.00 are issued as store credit. Refunds over 5.00 are issued as a
credit back on your card or as store credit, whichever you prefer. Plants are not
